Food from first tee to last call

Four places feed a golf day at the resort outside Cranbrook, and each keeps its own hours. This page sets them out in the order of the day, from breakfast to the last call at the casino bar.

Breakfast

Breakfast before the round

Numa Lounge & Dining is the resort restaurant, in the Mission building. Breakfast is served there every day from 7 am to 11 am, with views of Fisher Peak and the golf course. A golfer with a morning tee time, meaning the booked start of a round, can eat here first. A round is one complete game of golf. Breakfast ends at 11 am, so a player with an afternoon start still has time for it.

On the course

Snacks and lunch on the course

The golf course is open April through October, and both food stops on the golf side keep to that season. The Snack Shack is on the course itself and opens every day from 10:30 am to 5 pm.

Clubhouse food comes from the 19th Hole, the golf bar and grill. Wednesday to Sunday, it opens 11 am to 6 pm. On Monday and Tuesday the hours run from noon to 7 pm. Weather and tee time demand can change any of these times.

In the casino

Eating at Kiʔsuʔk k̓ikiⱡ

Kiʔsuʔk k̓ikiⱡ is Ktunaxa for "good food". It is the restaurant and bar inside the casino, on a raised area above the gaming floor. The menu has small plates, sandwiches, salads, entrees and a full bar.

Its bar pours from 11 am until 10:30 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 12:30 am on Friday and Saturday. Food is served from 11 am every day, up to 11 pm at the end of the week. A table after 10 pm on the other nights is worth a call to 250-417-2772 first.

Because it is inside the casino, the same entry rules apply: 19 or older, with government-issued photo ID. The PROLINE Sportsbook Lounge, a sports betting area, is in the restaurant too. Encore Rewards, BCLC's free card for BC casinos, gives members 10% off dining here.

Dinner

Dinner after the last putt

Numa serves dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. Its lounge opens on those days from 4 pm to 11 pm. On Monday and Tuesday, the kitchen at Kiʔsuʔk k̓ikiⱡ in the casino opens at 11 am, and in golf season the 19th Hole serves until 7 pm. A table there after 10 pm is best confirmed by phone at 250-417-2772.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the casino. Anything bought at the Snack Shack has to be finished before the casino door. Holiday hours for Numa should be checked on steugene.ca.
